About
Jackie Baum is an engineer and conducts research on microgrid controls and DERMS at EPRI. She leads EPRI’s growing work addressing requirements, and challenges, and proposing solutions to support the advancement of microgrids.
She joined EPRI in 2020, bringing years of industry experience with microgrid and DERMS controllers. She holds a B.S. in EE from UBC–Vancouver and an M.S. in EE from UW–Seattle.
