How do I update my profile?
While logged in to the planning platform, go to My Profile, then click Edit Profile on the main menu (left side of screen).
Your default profile information was created when you registered for the event. You can edit this information and add additional information to make your profile more networking-friendly for other event participants.
For an even more networking-friendly profile, you can navigate to the Matchmaking Settings tab to adjust your meeting availability during the event and include an “About Me” message so other participants can get to know you better before connecting.
How do I adjust my email notification settings?
You can turn email notifications on or off by visiting the Matchmaking Settings tab in the Edit Profile section of your Dashboard.
How do I build my personal agenda?
While logged in to the planning platform, navigate to Sessions to view the full conference session schedule.
From here, you can click the “+ My Schedule” button at the top right of any session listing to add that session to your schedule.
To view all sessions you’ve added to your schedule, simply navigate to the “MY SCHEDULE” tab at the top of the page.
You can then take your session schedule with you using the DISTRIBUTECH & POWERGEN Mobile App. Just log in to the mobile app and you can access your personalized session schedule on your mobile device.
How do I get the mobile app?
To download the mobile app, simply visit the app store and search for “DISTRIBUTECH” or scan the QR code below.
To log in, make sure your planning platform account is active. After registering for the event, you should have received an email with a link to activate your event planning account. This email came from email@example.com and had “Activate Your DISTRIBUTECH International® Account” as a subject line.
If you are unable to find the original email stating that your account is active, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
