Navigating the Energy Transition: As Consumers Lead the Way, How Can Energy Providers Light the Path?
This MUST-ATTEND session will offer a deep dive into utility customer trends and how they create an imperative for utilities.  The content is based on EY’s recently launched global energy consumer research program in which 34,000 consumers across 17 countries were surveyed.  The findings conclude that utility customers will lead the energy transition, and energy providers can light the way — by enabling and inspiring consumers to build a more sustainable world, while increasing satisfaction, driving new revenue, and reducing costs. The speakers will also detail six key consumer trends providing opportunities for energy providers to improve and differentiate, and the clear strategic imperatives for energy providers to create long-term value.
